Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods. Once a package is handed to the carrier, Haus of Imra is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include photos.

Shipping Policy
all orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During new drops or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and kept as affordable as possible.
Please note: delays caused by carriers are out of our control, but we are always here to assist if issues come up.
Return and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs once they have been opened or worn.
